Adirondack® Alcohol Inks

Use the Tim Holtz Adirondack® Alcohol Ink product line to create gorgeous backgrounds and vivid pops of color on non-porous surfaces.

These inks are an ideal embellishment to be used with Vintaj Altered Blanks!

Alcohol inks can be mixed together or used alone. You can mix with Metallic Mixatives™ for polished effects.

	Adirondack® Alcohol Inks Acid-free, fast drying, transparent dye inks specially formulated to create a colorful, polished stone effect.	Adirondack® Alcohol Ink Metallic Mixatives Luminous, fast drying, acid free inks, specially formulated to create metallic highlights when combined with Adirondack® Alcohol Inks.

	Adirondack® Acrylic Paint Dabbers Matte acrylic paints developed with the Adirondack® coordinating palette of Earthones, Brights and Lights.	Inkadinkado® Rubber Stamps Inkadinkado® Clear Stamps let you increase your stamp collection without having to devote a lot more room to it.

Design Techniques
Design Option 1: Drip inks directly onto Vintaj piece and dab with the Alcohol Ink Applicator for a smeared look. Using the applicator will also remove any excess ink. Sample at right also uses Embossing Powder.

Design Option 2: Drip inks directly onto Vintaj piece without the applicator. Then, use the Alcohol Blending Solution for a more fluid blended look (not as smeary). Sample at right also uses Accent Gloss in a glossy finish.

Design Option 3: Drip inks onto applicator first, then press applicator onto Vintaj piece for a sponge-applied look. Sample at right also uses Accent Gloss in a glossy finish.

Design Option 4: Drip inks onto a rubber stamp first, then press stamp onto Vintaj piece to create more precise images. Sample at right also uses Embossing Powder.

After ink has dried (a few seconds), seal the ink with an Accent Gloss, available in several finishes. Let dry overnight. If there is a bluish tint to the glaze, it is still wet. Accent Gloss should be completely clear when dry.
