Dapped, Capped & Riveted Beads Class

Make three types of metal beads in class! The first class project is a bead featuring stamped and dapped bead caps, and a second made entirely of dapped pieces. Both incorporate tube rivets to join the pieces together. For the third design, students will learn to solder dapped pieces together to create a metal bead. Basic metalworking techniques will be covered in class, including cutting, filing, texturing, light soldering, finishing, and polishing.
